I understand it is my full responsibility to make sure the firearm, ammunition or accessories I am purchasing is legal for me to own in my state or jurisdiction. By visiting this site and at check out, checking the Terms & Conditions box, to accept, I agree that I am legally allowed to own the items in my shopping cart as detailed above.  I further agree that any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the jurisdiction of any proceedings will take place in Dallas County.

Pricing & Payments
We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors. Please note: Prices on firearms and accessories fluctuate daily based on what we are able to purchase them for. This is how we are able to offer you the lowest prices on firearms and accessories. We do not offer a price guarante and will not provide a partial refund if the sale price of a firearm is lowered after you make your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping: We use a combination of shipping carriers depending on the type of item purchased as well as the State the item is being shipped.  Most handguns are shipped 2nd Day Air, with all other items typically shipped Ground.

Some items, such as handguns and ammunition, may not be legal to ship to your State.  Please check local and state laws prior to purchasing. It is YOUR responsibility to check your local laws prior to placing an order.  All firearms will be shipped to an FFL holder in your State for transfer. They will typically charge a nominal fee for the transfer that you will be responsible for paying. All shipping charges are applicable to the lower 48 States. If you are outside if this area please email us for a quote prior to purchase..  Oversized accessories, this does not apply to firearms, may incur and extra shipping charge. If you have a question on shipping charges please ask and we will be happy to let you know prior to making the purchase.

Customer Affidavit

• I am currently eighteen (18) years old or older.
• By delivering fire arms or ammunition to a local FFL dealer, LDMBallistics.com is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice
• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance
• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged for the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

In the event that any of the statements in the Customer Affidavit are determined to be untrue, I will release, hold harmless, indemnify and pay to defend LDM Ballisrtics and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting civil liability of criminal prosecution. Minimum Age for Gun Sales and Transfers

Unlicensed Persons

• Handguns: Under federal law, unlicensed persons may not sell, deliver or otherwise transfer a handgun or handgun ammunition to any person the transferor knows or has reasonable cause to believe is under the age of 18, except under certain exceptions.**
• Long Guns: There are no federal laws preventing unlicensed persons from selling, delivering or otherwise transferring a long gun or long gun ammunition to a person of any age.

Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs):

• Handguns: Under federal law, FFLs may not sell, deliver or otherwise transfer a handgun or handgun ammunition to any person the transferor knows or has reasonable cause to believe is under the age of 21.
• Long Guns: Under federal law, FFLs may not sell, deliver or otherwise transfer a long gun or long gun ammunition to any person the transferor knows or has reasonable cause to believe is under the age of 18.

If you meet the criteria above, you may be able to purchase a firearm or ammunition online. Follow the steps below to start the process

Step One - Shop

Choose your firearm and or ammunition, add to cart and proceed to check out.

Step Two - Checkout

Choose and contact a local FFL Dealer, then enter payment details. If FFL is not in our system, the gun dealer must send their license (FFL) to us by email.

Step Three - Transfer

Go to your chosen local FFL dealer. They will run your background check. (Transfer fees may apply, ask your local FFL). If approved, you will leave with the firearm or ammunition.

Once transferred, it is considered used, even if the firearm has not been purchased

Once transfered, we can not offer a full refund on firearms

We do not reimbures FFL transfer fees on returned items

If defective, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacment or repair. LDMBallistics will refuse any returned item is not approved
